In just 20 years, a 50-year treaty prohibiting any kind of exploitation - drilling and mining - in Antarctica and ensuring that Antarctica is used for peaceful and scientific purposes, ends. 2041 is therefore a crucial year when the fate of the Antarctic will be decided. I hope anyone who is viewing this campaign will support me in my mission to raise awareness of this 'Antarctic Treaty System' and it's importance in protecting Antarctica and preventing climate change.
