A huge thank you to Cameron Kerr for your incredibly kind words - I can't wait to be a part of this inspirational team!

"As a candidate for the 2041 ClimateForce Antarctic Expedition (24 March - 4 April, 2022), Donna stood out to us as someone with a very promising trajectory in life: a thoughtful leader who is passionate about animal welfare and climate action. Furthermore, she is a real 'doer' and has been involved in environmental volunteering: tree plantings, beach clean-ups, etc. We selected her for this unique Leadership/Educational Expedition for those reasons as well as her unique viewpoint as a student of psychology, examining the intersection of the mind and human behavior with climate action and conservation (and using psychology to find better ways to communicate the urgency of climate action to fellow humans). Additionally, her skills in computer science and game design will allow her to engage with younger generations, and she already has plans to create educational games for youth about climate change.

These evident characteristics and fields of expertise make it clear to us - the Expedition leadership team - that Donna is an excellent candidate to join the 2041 ClimateForce Antarctic Expedition in 2022. She is already doing the right things and taking action to build a better planet; this Antarctic Expedition will only serve to enhance and amplify her already outstanding efforts. We are very excited for Donna to journey with us to Antarctica, and after the trip we are confident she will use her experiences to make an impressive impact for the benefit of her community, the Antarctic, and our planet!"

- Cameron Kerr (Director of the Expedition for TEP)
