After extensive deliberations among our leadership team, the 2041 ClimateForce Antarctic Expedition has officially moved to March 2022.

This decision took many factors into account, including slower-than-expected progress and closed borders in Argentina (and resulting travel restrictions), Covid-19 projections and trend forecasts, as well as continued restrictions in many of our team members’ home countries - among others.

BUT every cloud has a silver lining, and this is what the delay will mean for us: - We'll be able to explore more of the Peninsula in the ‘Antarctic autumn’ because more seasonal sea ice will have receded by then - We'll most likely see a greater number of whales because of increased krill activity - This also gives me more time to continue my crowdfunding and corporate campaigns - and make the most of the extra time by fine-tuning my Antarctic (and post-Antarctic) plans!

Thank you all so much for your continued support - it is needed now more than ever! Make sure to stay posted and watch this space for more exciting updates to come!

Love, Donna
