Meet Jeff Bonaldi, Founder and CEO of The Explorer's Passage and an Expedition Team Leader. The Explorer’s Passage (TEP) is one of the world’s most dynamic travel companies, creating adventure experiences on all seven continents and in the Arctic.

TEP's mission is "to utilize adventure to show history’s past and to write history’s future", and they have partnered with the world's most incredible explorers, conservationists, and visionaries to accomplish this. Sustainability and conservation has always been at the core of TEP's adventures, from using only local organic food to creating initiatives that help the communities in the places that TEP explores.

This is where legendary polar explorer Robert Swan comes in; since 2016, Jeff and TEP have partnered with Robert Swan and the ClimateForce expeditions to help to train young leaders and bring greater global awareness to the issue of climate change. Jeff aims to use TEP to help tackle the world’s most important social, political, and environmental issues by providing travelers with a more immersive and impactful travel experiences across the planet so that they have the opportunity to transform their lives through the power of adventure.
